Theory.
Looking at the theoretical reasoning that might be behind behaviour from a more psychological perspective, allowing you to gain a soft understanding of the internal catalysts that may then present visibly in our environment by those that you find yourself working with.
Introduction to behaviour and why it might present.
Helping you gain understanding of the theoretical positioning behind the behaviour coach concept and why and how we can use it when working with those expressing emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Communication.
Looking at how you communicate and the different ways in which communication
can take place. The focus being on you and your own self-awareness and its impact on our communication with others both positive and less so.
Boundaries.
Understand what boundaries are and the importance of them not just within our work environment but throughout your individual life and also from a societal existence.
Importance of endings in ensuring individual progression.
The ability to understand the importance of endings and implement them will ensure more fulfilling outcomes for both yourself as the practitioner and as importantly for those with whom you work.
Behaviour Coaching: The basic principles and way of working
Understand and work using the behaviour coach concept and enable both personal progression and progression with those with whom you work through in your practice.

Understand what might be taking place and suggest ways that such difficulties may be worked with enabling more positive outcomes for all and continued development of your own practice and skill set.
Describe what you see
Learn from possible behaviour based situations that may arise within the classroom or work setting and allow you to use all learning taken via the previous completed modules to suggest possible ways of working with them.
School sign-ups/Subscriptions
The heart of BTP is to improve the classroom experience, for your students, your teachers and those in your community. Our subscriptions provide full academic year access with unlimited enrolments for your entire
school and is the optimal way to maximise development for all your colleagues.
Subscriptions are priced at £1,000 (ex vat) for school and £200 (ex vat) per individual, access runs per calendar school year.
Costs include; access to all modules, CPD certification, MI reporting to monitor colleagues progression, full support from BTP team.
